Kiefer & Kiefer has filed suit in the 24th Judicial District Court for the Parish of Jefferson.

Our client was driving down a major road on the Westbank when a landscaping bobcat that was on the median abruptly drove into the street, crashing into our client and causing serious injuries to her back and knees, for which she had to undergo surgery.
