Assistance for members of the legal community impacted by hurricane laura

Our new LSBA President Alainna Mire recently issued a message regarding the impact of Hurricane Laura on the legal community. Part of her statement mentioned the SOLACE Program, which helps those in the legal community who suffer a sudden catastrophic loss. If you are looking to help you can contact any statewide SOLACE Program Coordinator or visit the LSBA website page at https://www.lsba.org/Members/Solace.aspx. If you need assistance your request is handled with both sensitivity and confidentiality. Assistance can range from sending a card signed by members of the legal community to helping with grocery shopping. All members of LSBA are invited to participate in the program.
