Prior to law school, Amanda completed her undergraduate education in 2009 at Louisiana State University earning a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology with minors in Business Association. While working at the Louisiana House of Representatives, Amanda worked closely with the committee attorneys and realized that they were the real gatekeepers of changing the law. It was then that she decided she wanted to be an attorney.

Amanda is an associate at Kiefer & Kiefer. She focuses on insurance defense litigation.
Amanda graduated from the LSU Paul M. Hebert Law Center in 2013 receiving both a Juris Doctor and Graduate Diploma in Comparative Law.
Amanda is a member of the Louisiana Bar Association and New Orleans Bar Association.
She is also a member of the New Orleans Junior League and serves as an instructor on the Safe Sitter committee. In addition, she is an American Cancer Society (“ACS”) advocate and member of the ACS’s Auction and Revenue Enhancers Committee, having a hand in planning and hosting ACS’s annual ball to raise funds to sustain further research, advocacy, education and services. Amanda takes pride in these events and enjoys spending time with her friends and family, as well as watching her young daughter experience new things.
