LEFT TURNING MOTORIST CAUSING BACK AND KNEE INJURIES: 2022 RESULT

Our client was driving his vehicle in New Orleans when a vehicle turned into him, striking him on the driver's side of his car.  He sustained a back injury and a knee injury, for which he underwent a knee surgery. The insurance company argued the impact was minor.
